The Principals

Mark Johnson oversees all aspects of the company. His expertise in operations and finance, coupled with an instinct in marketing equip him to envision, design and implement timely solutions to ecommerce challenges. Years of experience in executive decision-making, hands-on technology management and international business operations enable him to address business problems from multiple perspectives. Mark has an MBA in technology management.

Chad Furler is responsible for accounting and program management. His career experience at a major media company brings a depth of insight and accountability to ensure both internal and external policies and processes are sound, manageable, and adhered to. Chad has experience in accounting, financial analysis, and customer service. He holds a bachelor science degree in accounting.

Janie Faulkner is responsible for customer service and client-facing operations. Her international career experience in customer operations, systems deployment and program management at a Fortune 100 telecom firm enable her to deal with operations and services challenges with ease. Janie holds a degree in business administration.

Joshua Howell is responsible for website technology and training. His corporate experience in project delivery and training enables quick assessment of business challenges and development of actionable plans to drive toward business goals. Josh holds degrees in political science and business.
